Not delivered = refunded in 24 hours
If the product you paid for is not delivered, we refund you within 24 hours of confirming the miss — no long forms, no runaround.
When We Refund
You are eligible for a refund when:
- The campaign never starts or never delivers the order you paid for
- We cannot complete delivery for a reason on our side (outage, processing failure, or similar)
Completed deliveries are not refunded just because the public Kick or Twitch counter looks different — those sites update in batches and can lag.
How to Request
Email support@streamboozt.com with your order or account email. We will check delivery and, if it was not delivered, issue the refund.
Timing
Once we confirm the order was not delivered, the refund is processed within 24 hours. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
